Barbara Hannegan tops restructured publicity team at Universal International
Barbara Hannegan has been promoted to vice president, international publicity, at Universal Pictures, completing a restructure of the studio's international publicity team which sees the arrival of three new staff publicists - Larry Angrisani, Mark Markline and Elena O'Gorman.
