Melodramatic juggernaut LesChoristes fell to its lowest position so far landing in number five justahead of new entry You Got Servedfrom CTSI which sold 132,502 tickets on 126 screens.

Other new films included comedy Madame Edouard which underperformed for only $1,446 per screendespite a strong ad campaign. Cannes title La10eme Chambre entered the chart at number 13 while Havana Nights, or as its known in France Dirty Dancing 2, earned $61,289 in its first week to land at number20.
