French sales outfit FunnyBalloons has acquired world rights to three titles selected in Un CertainRegard at the upcoming Cannes Film Festival: Amat Escalante's Sangre,Marcelo Gomes' Cinema, Aspirinas E Urubus and Delwende by S.Pierre Yameogo.

Sangre is a first film by the 26 year old Mexican directormaking it eligible for the Camera D'Or award. The film will be released by AdVitam in France.

Cinema, Aspirinas E Urubus is also a first feature from Brazilian director Marcelo Gomes.

Yameogo, who hails from BurkinaFaso, makes his third appearance in Cannes with Delwende. The directorwas previously selected for 1991's Laafi in Critics' Week and had aberth in Un Certain Regard in 1993 with Wendemi. Delwende is Yameogo's fifth film.
