John Lesher's new hires atParamount's reconfigured specialized arm continued yesterday with theannouncement that Chad Hamilton had been named vice president, production.

Hamilton (pictured) will be involved inthe acquisition and development of material, reporting to Amy Israel, executivevice president of production and acquisitions.

He was formerly vicepresident, production, at Anonymous Content, the LA-based management and productionoutfit behind Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind, In The Land Of Women and Paramount release Babel. He held that position since 2001.

He has been developing anumber of films at Anonymous Content including the film adaptation of WilliamGibson's novel Pattern Recognitionwhich has Peter Weir attached to direct and Dead I Well May Be which John Lee Hancock is to direct for Universal.Hamilton will retain executive producer credits on both films.
