Director John Cameron Mitchell talks exclusively to Screen International about his new project, which starts shooting in New York on June 1.

If anyone is scared that Hedwig and Shortbus director John Cameron Mitchell is selling out with his next film Rabbit Hole - starring Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart - have no fear. “There’s nothing Hollywood about  this,” he says. “It’s very pure. We’re not getting interference with people who don’t have good taste.”
