IFP/LA has named theparticipants in its 2004 Screenwriters Lab, which recently kicked off and runsinto August.

The lab aims to helpindependent screenwriters improve their skills and develop unique voices aswriters and will feature The Dangerous Lives Of Altar Boys screenwriter Jeff Stockwell as lab instructor.

Confirmed guest speakersinclude Patty Jenkins (Monster),Larry Karaszeswki (Man On The Moon, The People Vs. Larry Flynt), Audrey Wells (Under The Tuscan Sun), and Brian Dannelly (Saved!).

In addition to seminars, thelab offers one-on-one meetings between participants and advisors - writers,producers, and development executives - who in the past have included HubertSelby Jr (Requiem For A Dream),David Benioff (Troy) andAlexander Payne (About Schmidt).
