Fledgling production andfinancing company Intrepid Pictures has named the two senior executives whowill take charge of finance and development of projects in the recent dealsigned with Universal and Rogue Pictures.

Jonathan Fischer will serveas chief financial officer and Katherine Brown as vice president ofdevelopment, Intrepid founders Trevor Macy and Marc Evans announced yesterday(Feb 1).

Fischer will be responsiblefor all finance, strategic planning, investor relations and management ofIntrepid's revolving senior credit facility led by JP Morgan Chase.

The former vice president ofstrategic planning and business development at Universal will also overseeIntrepid's overall co-financing relationship with Rogue and Universal as wellas the financial details of all Intrepid's projects and operations.

Brown will be responsiblefor sourcing, development, and creative oversight of all feature film projectsas Intrepid aims to co-finance and produce 20 genre features.

Prior to Intrepid she servedfor five years in development at New Line-based Karz Entertainment, where hercredits included The Senator's Wifeand Honeymoon WithHarry.
