Matthew Glotzer has been named vice president, Video On Demand and Business Development, Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution, it was announced by Jamie McCabe, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Pay Per View and Video On Demand. Glotzer will be based at the company's headquarters in Los Angeles.

Glotzer has been with the company since 1999, most recently as vice president, Business Development, Twentieth Century Fox. Prior to that he was director, Finance, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

In his new position, Glotzer will play a significant role in formulating strategy and executing the company's activities in the worldwide video-on-demand markets.

In addition, Glotzer will continue as a Fox representative to Digital Cinema Initiatives (DCI), the seven-studio venture currently developing a technology specification for digital distribution to theatres.
