Avi Lerner and DannyDimbort's Millenium Films has boarded Arie Posin's directorial debut Kidnappedand is handling international sales on the film which will be distributeddomestically by DreamWorks specialty division Go Fish Pictures throughNewmarket Films.

Ralph Fiennes, Rita Wilson,Carrie-Ann Moss, Jamie Bell, Glenn Close, Allison Janney and Camilla Belle starin the film which is being financed by El Camino Pictures, the joint venturebetween Bob Yari and William Morris Independent, and Equity PicturesMedienfonds KG II.

The film, which was writtenby Posin and Zac Stanford, is the story of an alienated high school student whogets involved in the investigation of a kidnapping when the self-absorbedadults in the town take notice.

DreamWorks-based producerBonnie Curtis and Lawrence Bender are producing the film which marks the firstEnglish-language film from Go Fish, although Newmarket will distribute it inthe US.

Go Fish is also distributingCannes in-competition anime movie Innocence: Ghost In The Shell 2 thisyear.
