Danish director Nicolas Winding Refn has wrapped Fear X, his John Turturro-starring psychological thriller after a shoot that took him to Winnipeg and Copenhagen.

The film has its market debut at Cannes, where it is represented by new UK sales outfit Moviehouse Entertainment.

Fear X, about a man prompted by dark dreams to probe his wife's death, is produced by Henrik Danstrup. It stars Deborah Unger and James Remar and was written by Winding Refn and Hubert Selby Jr.

Moviehouse, which recently wrapped its debut picture, the satirical comedy The Rage In Placid Lake, has also taken on sales duties on two further titles. The first is Dead Dog Blues, a horror-thriller starring Kate Vernon and Irish political drama Silent Grace, starring Orla Brady, Cathleen Bradley and Patrick Bergin.

Moviehouse is jointly managed by Mark Vennis and Gary Phillips.
