Oscar Isaac and Jason Clarke have signed to star in Atlas Independent’s thriller Mojave, written and to be directed by William Monahan [pictured].

Isaac’s recent projects have included Therese Raquin, Inside Llewyn Davis, The Bourne Legacy and Drive. Clarke is currently on screen in awards contender Zero Dark Thirty and recently appeared in Lawless.

Mojave, which is set to go into production in the first quarter of the New Year, is being produced by Oscar winner (for his The Departed screenplay) Monahan and Atlas Independent’s William Green. Atlas’ Andy Horwitz and Justine Suzanne Jones, from Monahan’s Henceforth Pictures, will executive produce.

The film will be the fourth project from Atlas Independent, an affiliate company of Charles Roven’s Atlas Entertainment.

Isaac is represented by UTA, Inspire Entertainment and SMGSB. Clarke is represented by CAA and Robert Stein Management. Monahan is represented by Chris Donnelly of WME in Los Angeles, Josh Varney of Independent Talent Group in London, Andrew Wylie of The Wylie Agency and David Fox of Myman Greenspan Fineman Fox Light LLP.
