Ron Howard’s Formula One drama stars Daniel Bruhl and Chris Hemsworth.
Berlin based production company Egoli Tossell Film has come onboard Ron Howard’s Rush as a German co-producer.
The film, starring Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Bruhl, is a German-UK co-production. Egoli Tossell, a subsidiary of Film House Germany, will produce on the German side, alongside Brian Oliver’s Cross Creek Pictures, Exclusive Media Group, Brian Grazer’s and Ron Howard’s Imagine Entertainment, Peter Morgan and Eric Fellner of Working Title.
Rush tells the story of the rivalry between the two legendary Formula One world champions Niki Lauda and James Hunt in the seventies.
Exclusive is selling the film, with a slew of international sales already secured including StudioCanal in the UK and Universal in the US.
