Z-Machine starts Jim Morrison doc
Z-Machine announced on Thursday [14] that production has begun on Before The End: Jim Morrison Comes Of Age.
The documentary focuses on Jim Morrison’s trajectory prior to rock superstardom.
The film-makers will use interviews with family and friends, many of whom are speaking about Morrison for the first time, as well as never-before-seen home movies and photographs from his formative years.
Z-Machine is run by film-makers Jeff and Jess Finn, whose previous work includes the independent documentary Strange Septembers: The Hill Abduction & The Exeter Encounter.
