The site will promote other ways of accessing the films of the independent distributors whose stock was destroyed as a result of a fire during the London riots.
Andy Whittaker of UK distributor Dogwoof Films has created a website in support of UK indie distributors who lost their stock in the fire at the Sony Warehouse during last week’s London riots.
The site is aimed at promoting independent distributors such as Dogwoof, Guerilla Films, New Wave Films, Artificial Eye and Metrodome, who lost their stock in the fire by offering alternative ways of finding the films, such as downloads via iTunes.
It also promotes online offers on the DVD stock that is still available.
