Paramount Home EntertainmentInternational (PHEI) has made a series of promotions and appointments in itsinternational management team to reflect the integration of DreamWorks into thecompany, among other factors.

The appointments wereannounced by Kelley Avery, president of worldwide home entertainment atParamount Pictures.

Don Hunton, currently seniorvice president of the Asia Pacific business adds the UK to his regionalresponsibilities. Prior to PHEI, Hunton worked at MGM where he was managingdirector, Australia and New Zealand, and before that managing director for theUK and Ireland. Prior to MGM, he spent over six years at The Walt DisneyCompany in various management positions.

Luigi Calabrese has been promotedto senior vice president with responsibility for Europe, Middle East andAfrica, Latin America and Worldwide Licensees. Before joining PHEI, he servedas worldwide president of Walt Disney Records and Music Publishing. Hisprevious positions included president of Warner Music France and Italy; andsenior vice president, Europe, Middle East and Africa, for Walt Disney Records.

Magnus Hollo has been namedsenior vice president, international sales. He was previously head ofinternational sales for DreamWorks Home Entertainment, overseeing thedivision's international sales initiatives and identifying and developinginternational retail partnerships.

Mary Kincaid has beenappointed executive vice president of worldwide marketing services. She waspreviously head of domestic marketing for DreamWorks Home Entertainment,overseeing the development and execution of strategic brand initiatives,advertising, research, publicity, promotions and online efforts. She began hercareer at Buena Vista Home Entertainment.

In other appointments,Olivier Tena has been named executive vice president, general manager,overseeing the PHEI Family category including DreamWorks Animation, Nickelodeonand other family labels. Tena had previously been head of DreamWorksInternational Home Video responsible for the sales, marketing and distributionof DreamWorks' DVD and VHS releases of its live action and animated features aswell as TV and direct-to-video product.

In addition Graeme Law has been promoted to senior vice president, finance and planning, for the group. He was previously head of international planning for DreamWorks Home Entertainment. He began his career at Ernst and Young and has held various management positions at HMV, Clear Channel Entertainment and ITV.
