Has anyone examined the new e-submission system the Film Council now has on its web site? It seems it will take 6-8 weeks to decide whether to read more than a 5 page synopsis of a film. In other words, projects can be assessed and rejected without the time-consuming nuisance of actually reading the screenplays. Hmmm... Now who will this favour?
