An inspirational man, and an inspirational evening. It is truly good news that another generation of filmmakers - and more to come - will be supported in their efforts. The bursaries will crucially allow those from varied social and cultural backgrounds to enter this sector, providing different, representative voices- a point that Michael Caine made very eloquently.
