Sandra Bullockwill produce and reprise her lead role as an undercover special agent in thefollow-up to Miss Congeniality, which will be produced by Castle Rock, Village Roadshow Picturesand Bullock's Fortis Films and released through Warner Bros.

In addition Fortis Films has extended its deal with WarnerBros by two years and expanded the scope of its television projects.

Fortis, headedup by president Gesine Bullock-Prado, signed its first deal with Warner Bros in1997 and has established a roster of credits that includes Two Weeks Notice,Hope Floats, Practical Magic and Gun Shy.

'The extraordinary support we have received fromWarner Bros over the past six years is such a rarity in this day and age thatcontinuing our deal there was never a second thought,' Bullock said in astatement.

'Exceptfor when they make me clean the commissary, working there has been nothing butideal.'

'We arevery happy to continue working with Sandy and her terrific team atFortis,' Warner Bros president of production Jeff Robinov said in astatement.

'She is awonderfully talented performer and film-maker who has given us a string of hitmovies to be proud of.'

Fortis'upcoming film projects with Warner Bros include Sleep Toward Heaven, based on Amanda Eyre Ward's novelabout murder and forgiveness, and the romantic comedy Sprinkler Queen.

Televisionprojects include The George Lopez Show, which is currently in its second season on ABC, and aspin-off of Practical Magic.
