Mike and Kevin Scullion'sHooligans - The Movie Inc has signed a deal with Calgary-based production houseNomadic Pictures and secured completion funds from Dublin/Glasgow-basedHannaywood Studios and subsidiary Film Das Abra for their inaugural feature Hooligans.

Both Hooligans - The MovieInc and Nomadic Pictures bring distribution partners to the table and areexpected to announce deals for North America and the UK shortly.

The Scullion brothers, whopreviously worked in television and commercials, are aiming for a late summer2005 North American theatrical release.

Mike Scullion directed,Kevin served as executive producer and both brothers wrote the dark comedy,which shot in Ireland and centres on an ambitious English gangster who attemptsto take over the local mafia.

Hooligans stars Brendan Dempsey, whose credits include WakingNed, About Adam and Gangs Of NewYork.

Max Freedman of Max FreedmanManagement negotiated the deal on behalf of Hooligans - The Movie Inc throughWayne Logan of Field LLP, Calgary, along with Philip Alberstat of London-basedOsborne Clarke on behalf of Nomadic Pictures.

Nomadic Pictures was foundedby Chad Oakes and Mike Frislev and has received three Emmy Awards.
