Seville Pictures has signed an agreement with Maple Pictures, the Canadian distributor of Lionsgate product, for the distribution of new releases and catalogue films in Quebec.

The agreement, which covers all distribution rights, starts with the theatrical release of Hostel II on June 8.

Seville, which also handles product from Warner Independent, will handle titles from Maple such as Good Luck Chuck on Aug 24, War on Sept 7, 3:10 To Yuma on Oct 5, The Eye on Oct 12 and Saw IV on Oct 26.

'We are very enthusiastic about working with Maple Pictures and Lionsgate, two important companies whose films complement our own. This agreement can only be good for everyone,' said Seville's co-president David Reckziegel.
