Columbia's Spider-Man 2 is expected to pass $350m byWednesday after adding an estimated $8.7m on 4,900 screens in 64 territories atthe weekend for a $348m international running total.

Released through Columbia TriStar Film DistributorsInternational (CTFDI), the action sequel took full advantage of the Obonholidays in Japan, which is now the biggest market of the run, leaping 11% inits sixth week on $2.2m on 500 screens for $47.9m.

Elsewhere Spidey added $1.7m in France and fell 36% for$34.5m, and fell only 27% in the UK on $1.1m for $45.9m. Both were fifthweekends.

CTFDI will release Spider-Man 2 in Italy, its lastremaining major market, in September. Executives expect it to finish higherthan the domestic gross, currently $360.9m.

Revolution's romantic comedy 13 Going On 30 added $3mon 1,150 screens in 19 territories for a $14m international running total.

The highlight was the UK, where the picture added just under$1.3m after a 13% drop in its second weekend for $5.7m.

Revolution's comic book adaptation Hellboy opened topin France on $2m. Overall the picture grossed $2.3m at the weekend for a $12.7minternational cumulative score.
