Gary Hamilton and Victor Syrmis' newly-launched Arclight Films has boarded A Different Loyalty, starring Sharon Stone and Rupert Everett.

Everett plays British super spy Kim Philby, who defected to Moscow in 1963, and Stone plays his wife. Directed by Marek Kanievska, who also directed Everett in Another Country, another film set against the British spy scandals of that era, the film is produced by Samaha Productions.

The picture joins a clutch of recent additions to Arclight's slate including The Poet, a UK thriller starring Dougray Scott, Laura Elena Harring from Mulholland Drive and German veteran Juergen Prochnow.

Since launching at Cannes, Arclight has also boarded Love's Brother, an Australian romantic comedy.
