Denmark'sTrust Film Sales notched up a raft of sales on San Sebastian doubleprize-winner Brothers (Brodere) by director Susanne Bier.

Thefilm was licensed to Solo Film for Germany, Swift Productions for France,Seville Pictures for Canada, Rosebud Entertaintments for Greece, CaliforniaFilms for Brazil, AG Market for the former Yugoslavia, New World Films forSpain, Shani Films for Israel and Teodora Film for Italy.

Thefilm is handled in Scandinavia by Nordisk Film and has racked up over 250,000admissions in its first four weeks o f Danish theatrical release.

Presentedat Toronto the film won two Silver Shells for lead actors Connie Nielsen andUlrich Thomsen at last week's San Sebastian Film Festival.

Brothers was produced by SisseGraum Joergensen and Peter Aalbaek Jensen for Zentropa Productions in co-production with Two Brothers, Sigma Films, Memfis Film Internationaland Fjellape Film in co-operation with DR (Danish Television) and InvictaCapital and supported by the Danish Film Institute, Swedish Film Institute andNordic Film- & TV Fund.
