New feature film projects from Ireland's Orla Walsh (Love In Limbo), Poland's Robert Glinski (The Gorki Sanatorium), Brazil's Luiz Fernando Carvalho (The Passion According to G.H.), Slovenia's Igor Sterk (Red Horizons), Canada's John Hopkins (RoboSapiens) and the USA's RD Robb (Sex Crimes) are among 61 titles selected from 28 countries that are being lined up for pitching to potential financiers at this year's 'Mannheim Meetings' co-production market during the International Mannheim-Heidelberg Film Festival from November 9-12.

As in the previous five editions, the Meetings are structured into regional focuses during these four days with North and West Europe (Nov 9-12), Eastern Europe (Nov. 9-11), Latin America (Nov 9-10) and Canada/USA (Nov 10-12).

Supported by the German State Ministry for Culture (BKM) and the European Union's MEDIA Plus Programme, the Meetings' projects were selected by festival director Michael Koetz, coordinator Olaf Aichinger and consultants Stefan Uhrik (Eastern Europe), Stefan Kaspar (Latin America) and Elizabeth Yake (Canada).
