Amy Redford has joined the cast of Jack Conroy's family drama FindingFate, which is set tobegin filming in Ireland and New York in early 2007.

Patrick Bergin, Hugh O'Conor, Jamie Harris, and John Keating alsostar in the story of a woman who embarks upon a search for the truth when herlife is knocked off kilter by her brother's deception.

Los Angeles based MacArt Films and Dublin's Bootstrap Films ofDublin are producing, and Chris Davis International will commence pre-sales atAFM next month. First-time screenwriter Shawna McCormack wrote the screenplay.

'We searched long and hard for an actress that had just theright balance of daring and vulnerability for this breakout role,'McCormack said. 'Amy's amazing body of work coupled with a rich lifeexperience makes her the perfect actress for the part.'

Redford's upcoming releases include Fantasy Land with Michael Madsen, and she hasappeared opposite Diane Ladd in When I Find The Ocean, and This Revolution with Rosario Dawson.
