Arclight Films has acquiredinternational rights to two titles from Gianni Nunnari's Los Angeles-based Cecchi GoriPictures - family movie My Weststarring Harvey Keitel and David Bowie and the period drama Canone Inverso, which stars Hans Matheson and Gabriel Byrne.

Arclight willtake both titles to MIP-TV in Cannes, which the company is attending for thefirst time at the end of the month.

Both deals were brokered byCecchi Gori Pictures vice president of business and legal affairs Craig Floresand Arclight Films' Nicolas Chartier.

My West is a family western that Chartier saidmarked "the beginning of what we hope to be a long and successful strategicrelationship with Gianni Nunnari and Cecchi Gori." The film originally opened in Italy in 1998.

CanoneInverso is a love storyset in the 1930s and 1940s directed by Ricky Tognazzi (La Scorta) and first released in Italy in 2000."The film is a gorgeous picture in the vein of Red Violin and we're extremelyproud of this acquisition," Chartier added.

Arclight Filmshas offices in Los Angeles, London, Toronto and Sydney and its latest picturesinclude Crash withSandra Bullock, Brendan Fraser, Matt Dillon and Ryan Philippe, A DifferentLoyalty with SharonStone and Rupert Everett, Head In The Clouds with Charlize Theron, Stuart Townsendand Penelope Cruz, and The Matador starring Pierce Brosnan, Greg Kinnear and Hope Davis.
