Arclight Films has closed araft of deals at AFM on Ambush Entertainment's comedy The Oh In Ohio, which stars Parker Posey, Paul Rudd, Danny DeVito,and Liza Minelli.

Rights have gone to Telepoolin Germany, Nordisk in Scandinavia, Dutch Film Works in Benelux, Castello Lopezin Portugal, Gulf Films in Middle East, and SPI in Eastern Europe.

"There has been a tremendousresponse to the film from the international community," Arclight managingdirector Gary Hamilton said. "In addition, we're closing in on securing adomestic distributor for the picture."

Directed by Billy Kent, TheOh In Ohio stars Posey as a womanwhose seemingly idyllic life masks the fact that she has never had an orgasm,prompting her to embark upon a quest for fulfillment in order to save hermarriage.

Amy Salko Robertson producedwith Ambush Entertainment's Francey Grace and Miranda Bailey. MatthewLeutwyler, Jun Tan and Debra Grieco served as executive producers.

Los Angeles-based AmbushEntertainment's credits include Dead And Breakfast and The Squid And The Whale, on which it served as executive producer.
