Star Wars: The Force Awakens is in the running for seven awards at the upcoming 14th Annual VES Awards on February 2 in Beverly Hills.
The space opera earned nominations on Tuesday for, among other categories, outstanding visual effects in a photoreal feature, outstanding compositing in a photoreal feature and outstanding effects simulations in a photoreal feature.
