Fox International rolled out the MGM comedy sequel LegallyBlonde 2: Red, White & Blonde in the UK and several smaller European territories at theweekend, grossing $4m.

The comedy opened number two inthe UK and took $2.5m (including previews) from 351 screens.

In other openings, Belgium scored $178,000 from 40, Swedenproduced $100,000 from 28 and Norway produced 97,000 from 15.

In its second weekend in Germany the film slipped to second placeand added $727,000 from 552 screens for a $3m running total.

To date LegallyBlonde 2: Red, White & Blonde has grossed $8.5m in international markets.
