Bonnie Stylides has joined Participant Media as senior-vice president of business affairs.

Stylides will report to COO Jeff Ivers and most recently served as outside counsel to Summit Entertainment.

She was a business affairs consultant to Phoenix Pictures and from 1997 to 2005 served as senior counsel at Paramount’s motion picture department, among other tenures.
