Cristiano Bortone won best director and best feature for Rosso Come Il Cielo (Red Like The Sky) at the 13th Palm Beach International Film Festival.

Lauzanne Xavier's D'Une Seule Voix (With One Voice) took the documentary prize while the panel awarded a special jury prize to dancer-choreographer Lachen Zinoun for his directorial debut Oud Al Ward (The Lost Beauty).

The cast of Irish drama Kings won an ensemble acting award. The cast was led by Colm Meaney, Donal O'Kelly, Brendan Conroy, Donncha Crowley, Barry Barnes, Sean O'Tarpaigh and Peadar O'Treasaigh. Shalini Kantayya's A Drop Of Life took the short film prize.

The Audience Choice Award for Best Feature Film went to Lynn Roth's The Little Traitor and Rory Kindersley's Slingers was named best short.
