Christian Slater,Steve Buscemi and John Cleese will lend their voices to Exodus' CG-animatedcomedy Igor, which is beingdistributed by The Weinstein Company (TWC).

TWC holds North American rights and completed international sales in most territoriesin Cannes.

The story centres on a mad scientist's hunchbacked lab assistant who dreams ofwinning first place award at the annual Evil Science Fair.

Slater will portray the lead character of Igor, Cleese will voice Igor's bossDr Glickenstein, and Buscemi will portray a super-intelligent lab rabbit calledScamper.

Exodus president John D Eraklis is producing along with Max Howard, based on ascreenplay by Chris McKenna. No director is attached as yet.

TWC's newly promoted vice president of production and development Eric Robinsonwill oversee for the company.

Exodus Film Group's CG-animation slate includes The Hero Of Color City and Amarillo Armadillo, on which Howard will serve as executive producer.

Exodus is in pre-production on the live-action/CG mix Bunyan & Babe featuring the voice of comedy star Eddie Griffin asBabe the blue ox.

Eraklis is producing Bunyan andTarquin Gotch serves as executive producer.
