Japan’s Nippon Television Network (NTV) has pre-sold Hideo Nakata’s upcoming horror film, The Incite Mill – 7 Day Death Game, to Wild Side Films for France.

Adapted from Honobu Yonezawa’s novel of the same name, the film revolves around ten people who agree to be locked up together and are offered money to kill each other or be killed.

The hot ensemble cast is headed by Tatsuya Fujiwara (Death Note series) and also includes Haruka Ayase and Satomi Ishihara. As the film is being made to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Japanese talent management company Horipro, the cast includes several of the agency’s stars.

The film is produced by Twins Japan, HoriPro, NTV, YTV and Warner Bros Japan. It is scheduled for Japanese release through Warner Bros on October 16.

NTV is also selling Shinsuke Sato’s Gantz, based on the cult manga about dead people who are coerced into exterminating aliens, and starring heartthrobs Kazunari Nonomiya and Kenichi Matsuyama.
