Toronto-based Cinemavault Releasing International has acquired international sales rights to political thriller The Listening and will introduce to buyers at the European Film Market in Berlin next month.

Giacomo Martelli's film exposes the dangers of Echelon, a real-life surveillance system used by the National Security Agency that has been described in a NASA report as a tool with the ability to impose 'total tyranny.'

The film was shot in Italy, England and on Mont Blanc and stars Michael Parks, Maya Sansa, Andrea Tidona and James Parks. Daniel Armas, Bob Reynolds, Paolo Rossetti, Nicolai Iuul, and Martelli produced.
