Santa Monica-based production, financing and distribution company Myriad Pictures has made two promotions in the company’s marketing and distribution departments.

Val Sivkov has been promoted to director of servicing and Amanda Dettrow becomes manager of marketing and publicity.

Sivkov was manager of servicing and is now responsible for the delivery of film elements for production and acquisitions, servicing international clients and post-production. She joined the company in December 2009 and reports to Myriad president and CEO Kirk D’Amico.

Dettrow was coordinator of marketing and publicity and reports to and works alongside executive vice-president of marketing and publicity Pamela Rodi in all creative advertising, strategic marketing and publicity initiatives.

Dettrow is also responsible for the company’s internet presence, social networking campaigns and direct-buy programmes. She joined the company in 2008.
