Alki David and ElliottKastner have launched 111 pictures, a new sales company kicking off in Cannes.

The company's first title isUdayan Prasad's Opa!, a romanticcomedy about an American archaeologist (Matthew Modine) who falls in love witha local woman (Agni Scott) when he takes a research trip to a Greek island. TheUS-UK co-production also stars Richard Griffiths and Alki David. Opa! premiered at the Toronto International FilmFestival.

Heading sales will be TonyLytle of In Motion, formerly of New Line and J&M.

Eroulla Constantine, formerhead of sales for Sullivan Entertainment, has been named VP of sales.

The company is alsodeveloping a new software system and download platform for DVD and TV contentdistribution, called the Full On DVD Download Network.

David is an actor and apartner in ICM Models. Kastner is a film producer who has worked on projectsincluding Angel Heart and SweetNovember.

The company is based inLondon and is attending the Marche Du Film.
