Dimension Films has signed a two-picture deal with Seth Green andMatthew Senreich's Stoopid Monkey Productions.

The agreement includes the stop-motion animated holiday feature NaughtyOr Nice and alive-action untitled comedy.

Green and Senreich will produce both projects as they make theirfirst forays into theatrical features. The pair created, write, direct andserve as executive producers on the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim stop-motion animatedshow Robot Chicken.

Naughty Or Nice will be produced by Green, Senreich and DC comic book writerGeoff Johns. Senreich and Johnsare co-writing and will co-direct, while Green will direct the voiceovers andprovide the voice of at least one of the main characters.

Corey Campodonico and Alex Bulkley's Shadowmachine Films, whichalso produces Robot Chicken, will produce at their Los Angeles animation studio.

The second project will be written by Tom Root, co-head writer,co-producer and director of Robot Chicken. Root will produce with Shadowmachine, Green and Senreich.

"Seth and Matthew have come up with two incredibly uniqueprojects that will showcase their talent to a wide audience," TheWeinstein Company (TWC) co-chairman Bob Weinstein said.

"For as long as I can remember, I've heard that theWeinsteins make and distribute unconventional films without sacrificingquality," Green added. "They are creator-friendly and we're thrilledto be in business with them."

Richard Saperstein, president of production, Matthew Stein, seniorvice president of production, and Alex Franklin, director of development andproduction, will oversee the projects for Dimension.

Saperstein and Andrew Kramer, executive vice president of businessand legal affairs, negotiated the deal with Endeavor, Trice Koopman of KoopmanManagement, and David Weber of Sloane, Offer, Weber and Dern, on behalf ofGreen.

William Morris Agency and attorney Allison Binder of Stone, Meyer,Genow, Smelkinson & Binder handled Senreich's, Johns' and Root's deals, andattorney Irwin Rappaport represented Shadowmachine.
