The two new additions to Berlin-based sales company’s slate are Tuesday After Christmas and R U There.

Berlin-based sales company Films Boutique has picked international distribution rights for two world premieres in this year’s Un Certain Regard.

The two new additions to Films Boutique’s lineup are:

Tuesday After Christmas, the latest feature film by Radu Muntean, one of the leading figures of the Romanian New Wave, who previously directed The Paper Will be Blue (2006) and Boogie (2008). Starring Mimi Branescu, Mirela Oprisor, Maria Popistasu, the drama centres on a married man who loves two women and had to make a decision when they both meet by chance.

Dutch filmmaker David Verbeek’s Taipei-set drama R U There, starring Stijn Koomen and Ke Huan-Ru, about a professional gamer travelling around the world playing in video game competitions. His life is shaken up when he witnesses a serious accident in the street and he begins to question his very existence.

Films Boutique will also have screenings at the Marché du Film of such films as Dancing Dreams, the documentary chronicling the collaboration between 40 teenagers and the late choreographer Pina Bausch, and Peter Calin Netzer’s Medal Of Honour which received a Special Mention for lead actor Victor Rebenguic at last week’s goEast Festival of Central and Eastern European Film.
