Thor: The Dark World will open on Nov 8 2013 while Captain America: Winter Soldier is set for Apr 4 2014.

Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige also told the crowd at Hall H on Saturday afternoon (14) that the recently publicised Guardians Of The Galaxy project will open on Aug 1 2014.

Attendees were treated to two surprise appearances as Robert Downey Jr dropped in to rally the troops and Edgar Wright showed test footage from his long-gestating Ant-Man film.

Shane Back directs Iron Man 3 and the film is set to open on May 3, 2013. Jon Favreau directed the first two Iron Man films and serves as executive producer and reprises his role as Tony Stark’s aide de camp. The crowd were treated to some footage that revealed Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin.
