ARC Entertainment has acquired domestic theatrical and home entertainment rights to Benjamin Epps’ comedy starring Kristin Chenoweth, Matthew Modine and Olesya Rulin.

- Philadelphia-based Breaking Glass Pictures has acquired all domestic theatrical and ancillary rights to Jules Stewart’s drama K-11. Breaking Glass CEO Rich Wolff struck the deal after Toronto with Libertine Films’ Tom Wright and the distributor eyes a late 2012-early 2013 release.
- Sundance 2011 entry Codependent Lesbian Space Alien Seeks Same will receive its digital premiere on iTunes on Oct 16. Writer-director Madeleine Olnek is making the film available through the Sundance Institute Artist Services Program and Cinedigm.
