Lionsgate Home Entertainment has picked up North America and India to JT Petty’s horror-comedy following the world premiere in Toronto. The Exchange represents international rights and is in talks with AFM buyers.

Lionsgate Home Entertainment negotiated with Kevin Iwashina of Preferred Content for the tale of a Brooklyn-based order of exorcists. Clancy Brown, Clifton Collins Jr, Andre Royo, Robyn Rikoon, Macon Blair and Dan Folger star. Film Arcade will distribute theatrically in the US.

  • Image has picked up US rights to Quinta Communications’ epic Day Of The Falcon (formerly Black Gold) directed by Jean-Jacques Annaud. Antonio Banderas stars alongside Mark Strong, Freida Pinto and Tahar Rahim and the film premiered at Tribeca last year.
  • Oscilloscope has taken North American rights to Alexa Karolinski’s cooking documentary Oma And Bella.
