The film marks the feature directorial debut of Cary Elwes and will star Eric Bana as The King and Danny Huston as the former US President.

Michael Benaroya is producing with Holly Wiersma. Bana’s Pick Up Truck Productions serves as executive producer in its first foray into US production.

Elvis & Nixon tells the story of the visit by Presley to the White House in December 1970, when the entertainer asked the President to make him a Federal agent at large.

Elwes, Joey Sagal and Hanala Sagal wrote the screenplay. Principal photography will take place in Shreveport and Los Angeles. Cassian Elwes represents North American rights.
