Sony Pictures Entertainment has scheduled the first two films from Tom Rothman’s TriStar Productions for 2015 release.

Ricki And The Flash starring Meryl Streep as a rock ‘n’ roll cashier will open on June 26 and Jonathan Demme directs.

Untitled Robert Zemeckis Film based on high-wire walker Philippe Petit’s memoir To Reach The Clouds will arrive on October 2.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ben Kingsley, Charlotte LeBon and James Badge Dale star in the 3D project. Petit was the subject of James Marsh’s Oscar-winning documentary Man On Wire.
