Ron Howard will reprise his director’s role from The Da Vinci Code and Angels & Demons while the star of those two films Tom Hanks [pictured] is atttached to return to his role as the academic adventurer Robert Langdon.

Imagine will produce from a screenplay of Inferno by David Koepp. The book was published earlier this summer.
