Sony Pictures Classics and Stage 6 Films will theatrically release The Raid 2 in the US.

Gareth Evans’ sequel to the cult hit The Raid: Redemption is currently in post and picks up where the first film left off as Rama, played by Iko Uwais, goes undercover to infiltrate a Jakarta crime syndicate in order to protect his family.

Ario Sagantoro produces for Merantau Films alongside Aram Tertzakian and Nate Bolotin of XYZ Films. 

Rangga Maya Barack-Evans serves as executive producer for Merantau Films with Irwan D Mussry and XYZ’s Nick Spicer and Todd Brown.
