Sony Pictures Worldwide Acquisitions (SPWA) and Samuel Goldwyn Films have jointly acquired US rights on the ensemble comedy A Good Old Fashioned Orgy.

Essential Entertainment is handling international sales at the EFM and has scheduled market screenings for Saturday and Sunday. Samuel Goldwyn plans a summer theatrical release. SPWA also picked up Australia and Canada.

Pete Huyck and Alex Gregory directed Lake Bell [pictured], Will Forte, Tyler Labine and Jason Sudeikis in the story of friends in their thirties who stage an orgy at a family home in the Hamptons.

Endgame Entertainment’s James Stern produced and Endgame’s Doug Hansen served as executive producer with Ram Bergman, Brian R Etting, George Parra and Christopher Petzel.
