Xenon Pictures has acquiredNorth American rights to Snoop Dogg's Hood Of Horror and has tentatively scheduled an autumn theatricalrelease followed by DVD.

The project, which premieredat the Los Angeles Film Festival (LAFF) on Jun 27, comprises three creepy talesinvolving the residents of an inner city neighborhood whose actions determinetheir fate in the afterlife.

Dogg, Danny Trejo, MethodMan, Jason Alexander, and Ernie Hudson feature in the ensemble cast. Stacy Titledirected from a screenplay that Jonathan McHugh and Tim Sullivan co-wrote withChris Kobin and Jacob Hair.

Hollywood production companyBloodWorks and Santa Monica-based Social Capital Films co-produced, and SocialCapitol's Martin Shore and Bloodworks's Christopher Tuffin served as producersalong with Ted Chung, McHugh and Sullivan.

Gordon Steel and John Bacaof The Steel Company served as executive producers alongside Dogg.
