Myriad Pictures hasappointed sales veteran Ann Dubinet to the post of president of distribution.

Dubinet (pictured) willoversee all theatrical distribution departments including contracts,collections, servicing and marketing as the company plans a period of growth onthe production and distribution fronts in 2006.

Reporting to Myriadpresident and CEO Kirk D'Amico, she will oversee day-to-day operations of thedepartments and help evolve the company's strategic growth and development.

Dubinet started out as salesmanager at Michael Goldman's Manson International, then moved on to SerendipityProductions and then served as president of international distribution atSamuel Goldwyn Company, where she acquired Stephen Soderbergh's Sex, LiesAnd Videotape and Gus van Sant's Drugstore Cowboy.

Most recently Dubinet workedin film financing, serving such clients as Phoenix Pictures, Media FocusPartners and Mobius International.
