The veteran executive will report to Relativity president Tucker Tooley and production president Robbie Brenner.

Wilcox will head the acquisitions team and work with the production team to evaluate material.

Prior to Relativity he served as vp of acquisitions at Miramax and before that was director of acquisitions at Universal Pictures.
