Former WarnerHome Video (WHV) vice president of worldwide video acquisitions Elyse Eisenberghas returned to the company as vice president of worldwide acquisitions,effective immediately.

Eisenberg will be responsible for the division's worldwideacquisitions programme, which includes theatrical features, video and otheraudio-visual product.

"Sourcing new product and acquiring additional quality libraryproduct is key to our continued growth," said Marsha King, executive vicepresident and general manager.

"With Elyse's knowledge and experience in the acquisitions arena,she will be invaluable in helping building successful new lines of product."

Eisenberg previously served as vice president of worldwideacquisitions at Warner Bros, where she was responsible for acquiring films fortheatrical release.

She began her career with WHV as director of programming and wasresponsible for acquiring independent films and music videos.

Most recently she served as a producer with Red Romeo Productionsand was a consultant to several international distributors.
